The only times the Mandalorians have a real organizational structure is when ordered by Mand'alor. Otherwise the organization of the Mandalorians is very simple.

The most basic unit of the Mandalorian is the individual or family. Several individuals or families grouped together form an aliit. Out of the aliit one Mandalorin is selected to be their aliit'alor. The organization inside the aliit varies depending on the leader and the members.

All the aliit'alore form a group called the High Council of the Mandalorians. The purpose of this group is to help keep the bond between all Mandalorian aliite strong. Also the group is needed to help execute the commands of Mand'alor and to ensure the unity of the different aliite.

Out of all the members of the High Council of the Mandalorians one person is elected to serve as Mand'alor. S/He is elected by the vote of all Mandalorians. This Mand'alore oversees the entire Mandalorian society.
