Having a healthy lifestyle is very important to Mandalorians. For Mandalorians there are three areas that need to be nourished in order to have a healthy lifestyle. These areas are the Physical, the Mental, and the Spiritual.
Physical health
It is vital that we keep our bodies in good physical condition. This is done by exercising and eating right. There are a wide variety of exercise programs from which Mandalorians can choose. Some programs will be in cluded on this page in the future.
Eating right is also important to physical health. Mandalorians should only take those things into their bodies that are good for their health. They should eat healthy foods and eat in a way to keep weight at a healthy level.
Mental Health
All Mandalorians should educate themselves. They should strive to increase their education and to learn problem solving skills. Mandalorians should think for themselves and strive to become and intellectually strong people.
Spiritual Health
There are a couple ways spiritual health can be maintained. The first is through religion. A Mandalorian shold find a religion that best meets their needs. Whether they believe in Buddha, Christ, Nature, or what-have-you, Mandalorians need to find belief system that brings them joy and gives them a positive outlook on situations.
Also art and music are good for spiritual health. Mandalorians should participate in art. This doesn't only mean painting or sculpting but any medium thorugh which emotions can be expressed. Dancing is art. Video production is art. There are a wide variety of types of art. Art is also a good way to help Mandalroians think abstractly and outside the box. While math, science and other more logical forms of education are very important, art is just as important and should not be overlooked.
